Investing Responsibly is at the heart of what we do

ProA Capital believes that Investments are directed not only to financial capital, but also to human, social, industrial, intellectual and natural capital.

Our responsible Investment beliefs are based on the statement that generation of sustainable value must be oriented towards the long-term and thus, by adopting a long-term Investment horizon, the integration of environmental, social and governance aspects increase our return potential.

As UN Global Compact, PRI and TCFD signatories, we have put all our efforts to embrace best practices and set a rigorous framework to approach the way we invest, and the way our portfolio companies’ do business. The UN Global Compact allows us set example and lead the way, meeting fundamental responsibilities in the areas of human rights, labour, environment and anti-corruption– amongst other.

We consider that the ESG integration falls within the scope of our investor´s fiduciary duty.

2020 and 2021 years of change

  • 2020 was an important year with our first annual Review.
  • 2021, ESG action plans are embedded into the strategy of our portfolio companies. Looking to the future.
