Palacios Group through the creation of Embutidos Palacios, is one of the leading Spanish companies in the domestic refrigerated and prepared foods market, with headquarters in Abelda de Iregua (La Rioja).

Following the entry of ProA into its shareholding structure, in 2009, Palacios developed a successful strategy for the acquisition and integration of different companies, thus enabling it to complete its range of products while at the same time increasing exports, which now account for over 20% of turnover. It currently operates in three different segments: refrigerated and prepared foods, chorizo and desserts.
